Description: This is a game mod for Unreal Tournament III that was inspired by the arcade classic "Smash T.V." We used a custom camera angle with a locked position that constrained the player to only be able to shoot what's in front of him while at the same time allowing the player to rotate the camera. It relied heavily on scripting and kismet sequences for it to function the way we wanted it to. The main draws of the game are the customized weapons and the enemy spawn factor.
Description: This was a game demo created using the Unreal III Engine at The Art Institute of California - Orange County. The team consisted of about 30-40 people and our goal was to create a finished game demo in roughly nine weeks. I was part of a small technical team which dealt with the programming aspects of the game. One of the biggest challenges was working with a language that we have never worked with before, but overall, it was an extremely rewarding experience.
Description: A motion capture project I had finished using Vicon IQ motion capture software. In conjunction, I used Autodesk MotionBuilder and Maya 2008. This mimics a character (that I acted out wearing the motion capture suit) playing on a stylized Dance Dance Revolution machine and failing. The character used is modeled after Capcom's Zero character.
